Before placing an order for customization, please contact us at  to receive a digital proof of your design and approximate completion date. Additional design fee may apply for custom graphic creation. Upon acceptance of the proof provided to you, please complete your product check out and we will begin your customization. If selecting the local pick up option, you will recieve an email when your item is ready. All shipped custom products will receive an email with tracking information.
